ACCESS TO LALAVUGA
From the centre of town you travel due south towards the N2 and the sea. Once you cross the N2 you travel on till you pass Pacaltsdorp Police Station on your right. The road then becomes a gravel road. After 1 km you will see the signs towards Lalavuga and Le Grand. Le Grand will tar this road in the near future.

The Indian Ocean forms the southern border of the
Property, with the shore zone dominated by the
geologically expansive coastal granite cliffs. Wooden
decks overlooking tidal pools were erected and allow
an opportunity for whale watching. All owners will
have access to the walking trails to view the
beautiful indigenous coastal forest, fynbos, abundant
bird life and 24 species of wild life. They will also
enjoy good fishing from the unspoiled coastline
and safe swimming in two rock pools. A secure rural
